All eligible purchases made during this period will contribute to the Shockwave Rugby Academy fundraising total.
💸 Funds Raised
100% of profits from all complementary medicines and merch sold under this promotion will go directly toward travel and accommodation costs for Shockwave Rugby Academy’s teen female athletes competing at the Florida Rugby 7s (April 2026). “Profits” are calculated as total sales minus product cost and processing fees. Funds will be paid directly to Shockwave Rugby Academy, not individual players.
🛍️ Eligible Purchases
Applies only to sales made through The Hot Mess Studio x Vital.ly partnership link or direct purchases clearly stipulated as fundraiser items. Purchases made outside this system (e.g., other retailer sites, affiliate links, or personal dispensaries) are not included.
🚫 Exclusions
Gift cards, consultations, treatment bookings, and prescription only complementary medicines are excluded from the fundraiser unless explicitly stated. Refunds or cancellations of qualifying purchases will reduce the total donation amount accordingly.
🧾 Transparency & Reporting
A total of funds raised will be shared publicly at the end of the campaign via The Hot Mess Studio social media channels. Receipts and payment records will be retained for accountability and may be reviewed by Shockwave Rugby Academy management.
