The Hot Mess Studio was born out of a desire to do healthcare differently, and to do it better. We’re here to break the rules.

Supporting people with psychological and stress-related illnesses to live their best lives is what we love most. We are flicking a big 🖕🏽 to stigma and keeping it real. We’re here with you for the good, the bad, and the really f*cking ugly!

The HOT MESS MANTRA can be described as biopsychosocial, integrative, holistic, recovery-orientated and person-centred, and is derived from philosophies underpinning functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine, psychology and rehabilitation.
